COMMERCIAL LICENSE – DIGITAL DESIGN USE

This listing grants you a commercial use license for the associated digital design(s).

By purchasing this license, you are permitted to manufacture and sell physical products created from the digital files included in the bundle.

WHAT YOU ARE ALLOWED TO DO:

• Produce and sell physical products made from the purchased design
• Sell products online, at markets, or through retail channels
• Modify sizing or minor features for production needs
• Use the design for your own small business production

WHAT YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO:

• Resell, share, distribute, or give away the digital files in any format
• Upload the files to file-sharing websites or marketplaces
• Claim the design as your own or register it as your intellectual property
• Sell or transfer the license to another person or company
• Create derivative digital files for resale

This license applies to one individual or one registered business entity only.

PRODUCTION LIMIT:

This license allows the sale of up to 200 physical units per design.
If you wish to exceed this quantity, please contact us to upgrade to an extended or unlimited license.

UPDATES:

If you have purchased a bundle that includes future accessory updates, this commercial license will apply to those future files as well.

NON-REFUNDABLE:

Due to the nature of digital licensing, this purchase is non-refundable.
